Wreaths and Very Large Wreaths
Custom and One of a KindLarge
and very large wreaths are impressive, but sometimes hard to find. The three wreaths
below are examples of past creations. Most of my current offerings (tabs at the
top of the page) are larger than those you can find elsewhere and some of them
are quite large (look for the little green elephants). For a very large wreath,
you make a custom order, as I just don't get a great enough request for them to
justify making and storing them. I can make a wreath up to and slightly exceeding
4 ft. If the wreath is made from real air dried material - no larger than that,
but if it is made from artificial material, I can "swirl" it down into
the box, and then it can spring back out to a larger size (up to 5 ft.). The largest
box that can be shipped is a 4' box.

Large Wreaths : Over 30"This
wreath is made from all air dried flowers, foliage and seed pods with a few muscle
shells thrown in. It is slightly irregular in shape, and is reinforced to stay
that way. When big wreaths are photographed and then the photo is shrunk to display
the wreath on my web pages, the wreath ingredients shrink in appearance too as
do the spaces between the ingredients. Although they are normally quite large
for a big wreath, this shrinking process makes them appear small. That is why
it is best to keep very large wreaths as custom work. The shrinking effect keeps

Large Vine Wreaths : This
wreath is also irregular in shape, along with being loose and somewhat floozy.
Again reinforced to hold its shape, this wreath was a custom request, from a client
who wanted a reincarnation of an old wreath that was falling apart. They took
a photo of the old one, and I took it from there. It is made on a grapevine base
with preserved foliage, seed pods, and just a few artificial accents. Ribbon also
curls throughout the piece. Each wreath has a large loop at the back side of the
top to facilitate hanging. Again click on the photo for an enlargement. |

Very Large and Very Tough Outdoor WreathsYes
I can make very large outdoor wreaths out of very real looking latex that is also
very very tough. They will scrunch into a 4' box, and then can be fanned back
out to the larger size of 5' like this one. Price? Call me toll free 1-800-834-9879.
The price is determined by the size and the material used to make it. Some of
it is very costly, but then it is very tough. Labor is not miniscule in this.
This wreath, for example weighed around 60 pounds when it was done. This type
wreath could be done differently - floral or even a tropical look with different
colors and textures. We are limited only by the availability of the ingredients
that can be found made from latex, but I am seeing more and more of it.
