Wall Baskets :

Wall baskets are basically dried flower arrangements in a basket designed to hang on the wall. They can be compact like this one or they can be high and long reaching (like the one at the bottom of the left hand margin of page # 1) with curling branches, mossy rocks, tiny animals - you name it. Almost all of them have a rustic or woodland feel so far, but I suppose I could fill one with flowers just as well. They are a departure from the traditional wreath/swag shapes, and can make very attractive wall decor.

Hat Swag or Hat Wreath :

Whatever you call them, they are very feminine and very pretty. They can hang on a wall, but can also be worn. Some use them for weddings. Others for wall decor. The trailing ribbons can't be gotten in the picture - they are usually around 30" long.

Oval Wreaths :

Oval wreaths can be made from special vine bases, like this one, or from straw bases that are forced out of the circular shape then reinforced with an oval wire ring. They can be hung horizontally, like this, or vertically. You can see that this would do equally well either way. Whether or not to use a focal point is a consideration and how it should be placed.
